Schematic of flowcell
Scematic of the flowcell mounted on a microscope slides
Description of schematic of the flow cell used in the invitro motility assay.

On top of a microsocpe slide, 2 spacers are placed on which a coverslip is then placed. This creates the flow cell for samples. Samples are added at one end, migrating through the flow cell chamber, sticking to the coverslip.
