A comprehensive list of the proteins that are expressed in V-ATPase-rich cells harvested from the kidneys based on the isolation by enzymatic digestion and fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) from transgenic B1-EGFP mice, which express EGFP under the control of the promoter of the V-ATPase-B1 subunit. In these mice, type A and B intercalated cells and connecting segment principal cells of the kidney express EGFP. The protein identification was performed by LC-MS/MS using an LTQ tandem mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific).
