My interests lie in the 3D expression-profiling project. I work on creating quality 3D construction images using Epicscopic Fluorescence Image Capture (EFIC) using Polyethyline Glycol e embedding medium. I also conduct Laser Capture Microscopy on cross sections generated by either PEG samples or frozen specimen. I then run samples through RNA isolation and amplification protocols to generate microarray data that determine genes present in the samples laser catapulted.
